Instructions for setting up the Athena Health Patient app on your iPhone:

• Download the Athena Patient app from the App Store on your iPhone.
• Click Log in with athenahealth at the bottom of the screen.
• Enter your Email address and Password that you set up for your patient portal. (If you have not set up your patient portal yet, go to the Patient Portal tab above this page and follow the steps provided.)
• Once you have logged into the app, you will be able to set up your profile settings, see your upcoming appointments, send messages to your provider, and access your test results.
